Christopher Dionte' Jordan, President and Founder of Compliance Corporation and Jordan & Associates Inc., Has more than 10 years of progressively responsible experience, directing as many as 300 employees in companies with revenues in excess of $100 million. Chris has led these companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes.
Formulating growth strategies is at the core of his expertise. He explores growth opportunities using a broad range of tools, methodologies and capabilities. His approach is known as the DIG model or Demand-first Innovation and Growth model. This model consists of processes, tools and methodologies to identify entirely new growth opportunities, to structure opportunities into growth platforms, and to formulate strategies for new business creation. Unlike other growth models, the DIG model represents a systematic and repeatable process to realize growth again and again.
Outside of all of this, Dr. Jordan's education in Metaphysics has been his next venture in life. His studies examine the fundamental nature of reality, including the relationship between mind and matter, between substance and attribute, and between potentiality and actuality.
Chris has spent 5 years as a chief executive officer and chief operating officer in a variety of industries, including consumer relations, quality assurance, and financial services. His understanding of both domestic and international relations channels encompasses retail sales, data generation, regulatory standards, direct sales, and procedure implementation.
Among his significant previous positions, Chris served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CoComplyance Corporation, a Florida based TPV (Third Party Verification) group for almost 3 years prior to his success in main stream marketing. Protecting Telco groups such as Momentum Communications, Z-TEL Communications, and other LEC groups across the nation. He was President of Devine Health and Wellness, a Georgia-based medical group, and CEO and Director of Magazine Services LLC., a Florida magazine distribution center. Christopher Jordan holds a degree in Mass Communication and Associates in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
